SWIFT and SEPAM
Since financial transactions outside the bank are conducted on the platforms of international systems like SWIFT and SEPAM, the Pooya Comprehensive Currency System has also provided capabilities for this purpose. After introducing the basic message information in accordance with SWIFT and SEPAM standards, the system generates the appropriate messages for various processes and sends them via the established communication network within the bank for SWIFT/SEPAM.
With this capability, parallel information registration in the bank’s internal system and SWIFT/SEPAM has been eliminated, minimizing discrepancies between external financial messages and the bank’s internal information.
To adequately cover SWIFT messages for various processes, the required data items for SWIFT/SEPAM are anticipated in the Arzesh system. During the process, these items are collected, controlled, and recorded.
Thus, the necessary information for message construction is pre-collected and validated, and at the end of the process, the message is merely generated and sent. This method ensures maximum integration between the Arzesh system and SWIFT/SEPAM.
Additionally, there are cases where a process in the system begins with receiving a SWIFT message, and the received information is recorded in the system after validation and necessary controls. In other words, the Arzesh system is capable of receiving messages from SWIFT/SEPAM and utilizing the received data for various processes.
