Arzesh (Forex System)

Arzesh system, with thirty years of experience in meeting the foreign exchange needs of the country’s banks, offers features through various subsystems that assist banks in managing internal foreign exchange operations and providing foreign exchange services to their customers. In this system, while adhering to regulatory and governmental guidelines in the field of currency, complete and accurate information is gathered and maintained to ensure that the required reports can be prepared and presented with suitable speed and accuracy.

In the design of this system, comprehensive and integrated foreign exchange services, which require close coordination between branches and central offices, have been considered. In addition to meeting the needs of the branches, the requirements of the central offices have also been addressed. Therefore, Arzesh system is a comprehensive system for foreign exchange branches and the international departments of banks.

At its core, this system features a very powerful foreign exchange accounting (GL) capable of recording documents and automatically generating ITRS-related information. It can produce the required reports for the relevant units, including internal reports (summary ledger, assets and liabilities, resources and expenditures, etc.) and external reports (currency balance sheet, open currency position, etc.) based on the information created, obtained, or calculated during the foreign exchange processes and stored in the system’s database.

Pooya’s foreign exchange accounting, in addition to maintaining the Rial equivalent of foreign exchange accounts, also records documents related to Rial accounts associated with foreign exchange processes. Thus, while allowing for information exchange, it remains completely independent of the Rial system and eliminates the need for foreign exchange departments to refer to the Rial accounting system.

Pooya Comprehensive Currency System is capable of connecting with the Central Bank’s systems for tasks such as Samtak, Samat, and ITRS. It can also directly connect with the global SWIFT system and Sepam, enabling the automatic receipt and transmission of various SWIFT messages.

Due to its long-standing presence and operation in several major banks in the country, the Arzesh system has effectively adapted to significant changes in currency policies. Therefore, it provides the best solutions for matters such as single/multi-rate currency systems, separation of currency account origins, various currency purchases and sales, domestic interbank trading markets, interbank settlement methods, and more.

The Arzesh system is developed using state-of-the-art technology. This feature ensures the expected security levels for banks at various levels and allows for standardized, fast, and secure system and information connectivity with other bank systems. An example of this capability is the connection of Arzesh with the Rial system and the bank’s Centralized Customer Information File (CIF) system.
