How is it possible to proudly lead and grow a fully private company (emphasis on fully) for over forty-two years in our beloved country?! A company that operates at the cutting edge of technology and has always been dynamic, pioneering, and sustainable!<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

I am very pleased to be in a position where I have taken over the flag from my predecessors and continue to proudly keep it raised high.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

Pooya Company has now entered its fifth decade, with its products serving more than forty million of our compatriots. How was this great goal achieved?<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

When we refer to Pooya’s dynamism, we implicitly convey the message that one of the conditions for survival in the market worldwide is not standing still. If we had remained stuck in the early decades of our existence, we would not have reached the position we are in today. Over these forty-two years, the company has always considered market needs, examined the capabilities of new technologies, and made logical transformations with courage and boldness.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

If Pooya had done otherwise, it wouldn’t have been Pooya. Stagnation means welcoming decay. A look at the names of our Iranian competitors in the 1980s and 1990s is enough to immediately realize the importance and necessity of being dynamic for growth and excellence.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

My generation, the previous generation, and certainly the next generation will keep the company dynamic and thriving so that in the future, our children in our beloved Iran can also witness a company that counts its age in centuries, not decades and years!<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

How have we been “pioneering”? We review our product portfolio and see pages of “innovation,” “creativity,” and “responding to the specific needs of the country.” Regardless of the artificial noise of the market, we claim that in many areas we have endured hardships to pave a new way for our users.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

We have embraced the challenge of securing our systems, standardizing them, and aligning them with new standards. We have never been content with short-term profits. We have always sought a better and more secure future for the company. We have earned the trust and respect of our customers through the backing of specialists who take pride in their work.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

We have been pioneers and will remain pioneers. Future generations must also be this way to remain sustainable! By placing the past as a beacon for the future, we clearly see sustainability in our future. As the CEO of the company, it is clear to me that a day will come when Pooya Company will still be thriving, and its history will remember those who planted, nurtured, and grew this strong tree. On that day, this note will be a document in the history of Pooya Company.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t
